Lousaka comes to The Trust from the University of Pittsburgh where he served as the Assistant Athletic Director of Varsity Letter Club and Mentoring since 2018. Prior to becoming a member of Pitt’s athletic staff, he worked for the Miami Dolphins as Operations Coordinator for Entertainment and Brand Impact.
In his new role with The Trust, Lousaka will lead our outreach efforts. His outreach and engagement efforts, along with his leadership and collaborative work with the Captains, will no doubt provide greater success in our “rapid transition” efforts. He has a strong passion to serve former players and is dedicated to making an impact in the lives of others.
Lousaka played nine years in the NFL. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an Executive MBA from the University of Miami (Trust Scholarship!).
