Chris Carter

Chris was a standout football player at Henry Kaiser High School in Fontana, CA and went on to play college football at California State University in Fresno, CA, earning First Team All-Conference player honors three times and Defensive MVP of the Western Athletic Conference honors and, importantly, a BA Communications degree.

In 2011 he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fifth round, playing for the team until 2014. He has played for the Indianapolis Colts (served as Captain 2016-2017), the Cincinnati Bengals, the Baltimore Ravens where he served as NFLPA Board of Player Representative 2016-2017, and most recently with the Washington Redskins.

Chris previously consulted to middle market companies requiring leadership in financial, sales, margin and productivity improvement. Along with his Communications BA, Chris earned his MBA at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, in addition to completing the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business NFL Business Management & Entrepreneurial Program in 2015.
