Each visit is tailored specifically to the needs of former players at the unique stages of their post-football lives. Through participation in this program, we hope to improve the quality of life for former players so they may fully appreciate life after sports.

CSRA’s vision is to empower all former athletes to be fit for L.I.F.E. after sport participation by:

  • Learning about the spectrum of physical and mental challenges that former athletes face.
  • Informing the sport and science communities about the physical and mental needs and challenges of former athletes.
  • Facilitating the provision of medical care to former athletes in a clinical research setting.
  • Empowering current athletes to actively transition to a healthy and fulfilling life after sport participation.
