Each year during the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Convention, The Trust hosts a professional development workshop exclusively for former NFL players who are currently coaching OR interested in coaching.

The Coaching for Success Workshop is an opportunity for you to explore the many factors that go into navigating coaching as a career and enhancing your brand within the landscape.

    The coaching world is full of talented people!     Attendees will hear about the life of a head coach who was a former player. Topics will include their strategies, ups and downs and the interview process they went through. In addition, they will discuss how they managed hiring staff, day to day responsibilities and more.

  • Fritz Pollard Alliance: Rod Graves
    An opportunity for participants to understand the history, current mission, and support the alliance provides to the coaching population.

  • NCAA Education
    Opportunity for coaches to engage NCAA staff around the legislative items that will impact them as coaches off the field. Topics to include NIL, Campus Trends and Enforcement updates.
