Nicole, a native of Hampton, VA, graduated from Old Dominion University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. She went on to receive a Master of Science in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2020.
Nicole has worked in various areas of intercollegiate athletics, including ticketing, operations, and athletic academic support. She was also a participant in the 2019 NFL Women's Careers in Football Forum. Nicole brings a diverse skillset and strong customer service background to The Trust.
