As a member of the Trust's Brain and Body initiative since its inception, we strive to provide a highly personalized game plan for health and wellness for former NFL players using evidence-based medicine, personal interactions with Trust Members, analytics, and technology.

Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Neurological Restoration in Cleveland, Ohio and Weston, Florida along with the Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute at Hoag in Newport Beach, California are dedicated to developing a collaborative "game plan" with former NFL players and an integrated multi-disciplinary team approach to enhancing overall health and wellness and managing disease. Collectively, the Cleveland Clinic sites practice evidence-based medicine and use advanced technology, analytics and imaging tools to continually improve patient care models that focus on individual patient needs.

At the Cleveland Clinic, we consider ourselves caregivers to anyone coming through our hospital system. As caregivers, we are committed to providing World Class Service to former players and their family members to ensure the most valuable and meaningful experience. Caregivers directly associated with the Brain and Body program use virtual visits prior to and following the in-person visit of the former player. Our goal is to partner with former players maintaining and improving all aspects of health and well-being.
