The Trust has partnered with Caron to provide a program tailored to meet the needs of eligible former players in need of treatment to address mental health, substance abuse, and dual diagnoses. Caron's approach to quality, interdisciplinary treatment protocols work. Data provided by an independent party indicates a high recovery rate 90 days after treatment at Caron.
Eligible former players may utilize their Trust benefit to access treatment at Caron to address a range of mental health and substance use concerns, including:

- Detox, if needed, at our state-of-the-art medical center
- Comprehensive psychological, psychiatric, and medical assessments
- A personalized treatment plan that is monitored and adjusted to meet patient needs and goals
- Individual counseling
- Group therapies
- Spiritual counseling
- Complementary therapies, such as massage, breathwork, and meditation
- Medication management
- Neurotherapy services, as clinically indicated
