Serving as boots on the ground in communities across the country, Trust Captains and Ambassadors engage directly with Former Players, support Trust events and initiatives, and provide valuable insight into the evolving needs of the player community. Their leadership, experience, and commitment help ensure Former Players remain connected, informed, and supported.

The role of a Trust Captain or Ambassador is to engage, educate, and enroll their fellow former players into The Trust. This group serves in many cases as the boots on the ground team that are highly skilled in fostering relationships and creating community and connection opportunities.
