Morgan Jackson joined The Trust in 2025 as a Program Manager, bringing extensive experience in student-athlete development and mental health counseling.
Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2019 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Alabama in 2021.
Her career began as an Embedded Sports Counselor at the University at Buffalo, where she championed mental and emotional wellness for student-athletes. Morgan later returned to LSU as an Assistant Academic Advisor, leading the football transfer transition program. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Student Services at Vanderbilt University’s Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success, guiding football student-athletes through matriculation and academic achievement.
At The Trust, Morgan leverages her expertise to help former NFL players unlock their potential and thrive beyond the game.
