Entering the NFL as a free-agent in 1999, Cliff Crosby played for the St. Louis Rams, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs over the course of 6 seasons. A defensive back, Crosby won Super Bowl XXXIV as a member of the St. Louis Rams during the 1999-2000 season. He was also elected as the Special Teams Captain for the Indianapolis Colts from 2000-2003. Overall, he earned over ten game balls as a special teams standout during his tenure with the Indianapolis Colts.

A proud father of a teenage son, Crosby now lives in the Maryland-Washington, DC area. He is the first in his family to graduate from high school and college. After retiring from the NFL in 2004, Crosby refocused his energy to become a motivational speaker and youth advocate.
