Get Up Early

This time can be used to attack personal projects, exercise or plan your day.

Visualize Each Day

Take advantage of quietness in the morning. You can map out the day, process goals, establish to-do’s; really do what it takes and make the most of your day. Try to spend at least 15 minutes every day visualizing. Taking the time to analyze what is going on each day has been shown to also help reduce stress.

Your Network

Be aware of the people you surround yourself with. If you want to be successful, than be around like minded individuals. Successful people do their best to avoid toxic and negative relationships. If you are not sure where to find like-minded peers, consider joining groups within your career or personal interests. Another great way to connect with motivated and positive individuals is to volunteer.
