First Game Memories

On His First NFL Memory:

When I was in college, my senior year, I saw a show called “Wide World Of Sports” and on that show there was a tackle named Roger Brown. He said he was an OT, played for Philadelphia. The commentator asked him what he thinks about when he’s playing, and he said, “I want to render my opponent immobile.” Fast-forward, I get drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals, we play Philadelphia twice a year, and now I have to face Roger Brown. I saw him with that lab coat and sleeves busting, and I was the person he was going to render immobile. On my first pass rush he hit me under the chin, I thought he broke my jaw. I realized then that I was in the NFL, and things were going to change.”
