Nicole Jordan

Nicole Jordan, LSMW, came to The Trust from Military One Source, where she worked as a Triage Consultant supporting members of the military and their families in seeking assistance with non-medical counseling, health and wellness coaching and other social services. She has also served as an Outpatient Therapist for adults, adolescents and children. Nicole received her master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, where she also attended as an undergrad. Nicole brings an extensive behavioral case management background to The Trust. She is originally from Orange, NJ.
